1. From valve cover I think is a vent so leave it open somewhere??? 2.Vac line to "T" into 3. and go to fuel petcock 4.Fuel in coming from petcock 5. I have no clue.

valve cover get a hose and a small filter put it a little higher than the cover and tie it off the manifold vac line goes to the fuel valve vacuum side,,,4 is the fuel inlet for the carb,,,you are correct
