cyborg I havent been on this forum long now,as I only recently obtained a dismantled disaster scooter for free from a friend and Im starting to think Alley may not like me he hasnt chimed in on any of my posts yet

Just a quick and to some stupid question the wiring harnesses for these scooters is typically a 16 gauge??? And the battery terminals Im guessing 10 gauge? Thanks for the help

The scooter was given to me in pieces from a friend. The motor is the scrappy dog gy6 200 B.

Oh no doubt for sure. I'm still pecking away at my gy6 200 it sucks when you are getting progress and then hit a stopping point bc of misc parts needed here and there.

1. From valve cover I think is a vent so leave it open somewhere??? 2.Vac line to "T" into 3. and go to fuel petcock 4.Fuel in coming from petcock 5. I have no clue.

So you want to do a stretch type scooter like a mad dog I take it,,,you will need to move all the existing mounting points back the same amount for all equally ,,,if you don't cut the existing mounts and use them you need to fabricate new ,,,,as far as shock length if you are using the original upper mounts that will be determined when you get the front of the engine hanging on the new mount then the desired ride height can be determined,,,,unless you have a long case it's a no go on the 16",,,the oil lines can be trimmed ,,,if the existing lines are crimped ,,cut in the middle and use double ended barbed hose couplings with new clamps,,,this should not be an issue with pressure cause it is very low Thanks man.
