Hello Community!
First time poster here. I have a 2006 Tank 150cc scooter, that was rebuilt from the ground up. It basically looks like its from Mad Max, but I love it.
Recently I have been having 2 issues.
1: When brakes are not engaged, the scooter is rolling on its own. 2: At a stop RPMs drop and it eventually dies.
Anyone have any recommendations on where to start?

1. When brakes are not engaged the rear wheel is spinning. a. The idle may be to high b. The clutch is not disengaging the bell
2. At a stop RPMS drop and it dies. The valves are to tight and it is loosing Compression. When this happens the motor will not hold low rpms. Adjust both valves to .004 inchs. Alleyoop

Beyond what Alleyoop mentioned, it sounds like the clutch is engaging to low, causing 1, and since it is engaged even when stopped, 2 occurs.

Thank you both for the input. I'll look up some videos on how to properly tackle the recommended fixes.
I really appreciate the speedy replies. I'll try and get a picture up shortly. It takes everyone by surprise.

Here is how to adjust your valves: Alleyoop Your IDLE SPEED screw to lower the idle is on the right side of the carb it is the screw with the spring under it. Turning it Counter Clockwise Lowers the idle and Clockwise raises the Idle. You always want the idle to be low enough so that your REAR wheel does not spin. Alleyoop This is what your carb looks like:
