Well Next time you get into the CVT to change the belt or whatever Weigh the Rollers and see how many grams the rollers weighs. Hopefully they are 10 - 12 gram weights. If higher say 13 or 14 gram weights then you can do a little on the performance side with 11 or 12 gram weights.

I can't seem to be able to find any info and pictures using the search on variator and rollers weighs. Could you point me in the right direction? I want to see what I'm getting into and how to do it. I just read in another post where you said we should keep our rpm's down around 6200 for the life of the motor. I better start doing that.

I never said to keep your rpms down to 6200, the redline on these is 8000 rpms but where they make their most hp is around 7500 so running them over that is a waste. Just keep the R's under 8 grand and no problems. Here is weight change video: Alleyoop
