Yesterday, I was having a snack at a department store while looking outside the window to keep an eye on my scooter. Two men in their thirties and a boy walked by my scooter. One of the men put an empty soda can in my milk crate. They all laughed. As they entered the store, I walked up to them and told the guy, "Can you remove the can from my scooter please?" He was stunned and embarrassed. He walked back outside and removed the can and threw it in the trash.

Them thar cans are worth money.....put a recycle decal on it and use all that extra income for gas.

Yeah, dumbcrap actions like that are really irritating. Years ago, someone tossed their fast food bag and burger wrappings into the front seat of my convertible. I'm sure they thought it was funny. Some people just have to be like that, I guess..

You had the best possible result from that one. Not only was he embarrassed, but the kid learned not to do those kinds of things.

I would have done the same or if I had noticed the vehicle that they came in I would have bought the same kind of soda went outside and poured it on their windshield and tucked the can under the wiper and waved in case they were watching. I'm betting they wouldn't think that was as funny?  JR |
