Got a question or 2. 1. My 09 ice bear doesn't have a solid rear axle like a ATV does, does it? I noticed that only one tire on one side will spin at a time when it's off the ground (right side). If I hold the right side so it can't move, then the left will spin, kinda like my 63 Chevy. (not possy) Is this normal?? CLICLY. 2. I can move my left side wheel/rim in and out about 1/8". There is NO side play, just in and out. Is this a big worry?

Q1. A1. The rear end is an OPEN END DIFFERENTIAL and that is normal. Here is a good and simple explanation of locked(posi) and open end.
Q2. A2. If the castle nut is loose not good if the entire axle moves out and in BUT THE CASTLE nut is TIGHT in either direction that is not so bad. When it is bad is when the CASTLE nut is loose and the HUB can be ROCKED if rocked it can ruin the splines either on the HUB or Axle and usually the HUB spline get rounded and then you will have a slipping hub on the axle.
