hello all new to scooter forum. i was hoping for some help here. i have a qlink hawk 50 that im working on that has no spark. already tried multiple cdi boxes and ignition coils to still no spark. figured on i needed to replace pick up coil and magneto. the problem is that i cant find one that fits this bike. i do not have flywheel off yet but as far as i can tell it has 12 coils around magneto with two wires coming out and pick up also has two wires coming out all four wire go down loom to a square four wire connector. everything ive either bought or have searched for have single wire comming out of pick up they do seem to have a four wire connector but they also have two aditional wires that this bike dont have. please trying to help out a kid wanting to take to college for transportation on campus

What year is the bike and how many miles?,,,,, try hooking up a stout 8 or 10 gauge wire from a bolt on the valve cover to the frame,,,you may have lost engine ground

i believe the bike is a 2013. like 900 miles was bought in 13 ran for 6 months then wouldn't start so they parked it till now

Instead of replacing parts why not test some parts it is easy to test and will save you a lot of time in finding the culprit. All you need is a cheap Multi Meter.
1. Bad Motor Ground to Frame
A. If CDI is DC (weak battery, bad battery, bad Ignition not sending 12 volts to CDI).
B. Bad killswitch and or if it has a side stand switch it may be faulty.
C. Bad Fuses
2. Bad Plug
3. Bad Boot Cap
4. Bad Coil
5. Bad Cdi
6. Bad Pickup Coil
7. Bad Stator
