No Amazon is completely wrong it is 940 in length and 19 in width. Have to add that is a special size belt very long(37 inchs) and about 3/4 of an inch wide. So your Yamaha must have a big arse Variator(like 127mm) and a big arse Clutch pulley. Take a picture of the CVT without the cover on it. A lot of those come with a 250cc CVT. Alleyoop

That manual photo does not really show the size of the parts. I want you to take a picture of YOUR OWN CVT to be able to tell if yours has an oversize Variator and Clutch pulley. Alleyoop

The photo I supplied shows the variator next to human hands so you can tell the size. And I have been looking at photos of modern variators and can see that my belt is indeed very long compared to modern belts.

So if you want us to help you, YOU also need to help us so we can identify the parts correctly. Going by that photo EVEN JOHN(TVANCMAN) cannot guarantee the parts for you. So I will ask again TAKE A REAL LIVE PICTURE OF YOUR CVT. ALSO what size is the rear TIRE? Alleyoop

The CVT cover has about 10 bolts holding it on so you need to take the bolts off holding the CVT cover on. Also notice some may be longer than others so be alert where the longer bolts go.

Here's the photos you requested, Alley. Do you think a cheaper belt exists?....

We have no idea how big your hand is. If you take the belt off and lay it next to a ruler so it can actually be measured. Or better yet, give us the size that's printed on it.
And why are you going 'cheap' that's why it needs replacement so soon. Go with a Gates Kevlar belt.

There is no size printed on it. Just the item number 50W-17641-01. I don't think Gates or any other manufacturer makes a compatible belt but I could be wrong. I replaced the belt today with a new Yamaha belt that was $60.
I am keeping the old belt as an emergency spare.

They say the Grizzly 125 ATV has the same motor and belt at yours. I am checking with the dealer for the actual size of the belt for the Grizzly 125 ATV and if the same size it is half the price. I will update when the dealer response back with something. Alleyoop
