What extra has to be done to use a stroker crank. Ive herd things like needing spacers or a longer cam chain? How would I go about getting the items?

I planned on using the cheap "disposable" kits from ebay to start then get an good kit I plan on keeping. But i'd rather have non stroked crank and have the flexibility to use any part vs. always having clearance issues and having to get curtain parts.

In June I built a 139QMB motor using Scrappy Dog"s 44mm stroker crank and their 52mm bore kit and big valve head. I used one extra cylinder base gasket. I did not have any clearance issues at all.
