Hey,
Well the starter clutch is out on the ole scooter and im going to take this oppurtunity to see how fast I can make 1 of these littke scooters with the help of the Scooter Doc forum members and with the help of any 1 else willing to help.
The scooter: LB-150-19 Alien 150cc scooter "Longbo"
Whats done so far/ Parts on hand:
12g koso rollers Koso performance clutch 30mm carb and intake 1500lb main spring and clutch springs Blue performance CDI "Ebay"= dead and in need of a new 1 perferably that dont have starter issues.
Okay I would like to install a Big bore kit and cams etc, but cant due to the 1p57QMJ motor style, from what I can research these motors has a differnt head style so my question is can I just buy a aftermarket head and follow through with the BBK and what do you suggest as far as a solution to this motor issue and and performacne wise for the scooter, any intel and info for this project would be greatly apperciated, and sites with good products for the price etc, and thanks for the help guys.
If I left out anything I apologize, just let me know what you all need and ill see if I can get it done, im pretty handy with a wrench "Mostly motorcycles" but these Honda clone motors dont seem all that complicated.

The P engines have a taller head, (73 mm) a different cam lobe, larger valves and bigger ports. They produce a couple of HP more than the 'standard' GY6...
You maybe able to use a 'standard' BB on the P engine, but probably also need a cam chain with one more link. What does your VALVE COVER LOOK like Take a picture of it, Because the stud spacing may put a crimp on things. Alleyoop

Well I'm also in the process of changing out the starter gear from trying to make that 30mm carb work on a cheap blue cdi off ebay so now I'm tracking down a performance cdi that doesn't cause starting issues

Here area coupe pics showing the Intake manifold Diameter Difference. Gasket overlay also.
Sorry bro I see Ive already posted this stuff to you.

Well I got the matching 30mm intake but trying to figure out a way to increase the port on the scooter it self and with these engine setups it's a little odd, I'll be posting up pics later and also been looking at the pumper carbs and flat side carbs in place of the standard 30mm I got, I've got all winter to get it tuned it just right and I order the main jet assortments to figure out best overall performance along with a/f ratio gauge drilled into what ever aftermarket exhaust I pick out, problem being for me I cant find 1 that seems to work for what I'm wanting to do, kinda leaning toward scrappy dogs bintelli havoc exhaust, might as well go all out and make this a all winter project.

There really is Only One way. I know ya got a dermal. so The head most be removed and dissembled completely, make a template from a gasket and then mark the ares to be removed with machines dye. Ya can't do it attached, fairly soft aluminum chips aren as big a concern as whatever Abrasive is used on the particular Dremel. you can stick a rag in the port and all that but your still going to put trash thru the motor. Your just pouring sand in the motor. Im unsure of the Head pipe Diameter of the pipe your looking at, it appears OE small. and $164. ouch. Depends on what your looking for out of a ex. Fake High Perf pipe in middle, upwards of $199. A Can inside another Can. so heavy hard to hold up and get a good pic. I got $89. in this fart system + the header wrap.

Yea I can see what your saying hmm were did you get the exhaust your using and on from the "aftermarket exhaust I've seen have the same OE pipe diameter so besides a loud straight through muffler it's the same as the stocker I'm running, I'm a keep my eye out for a better setup

You could take the stock exhaust and drill a few holes through the muffler close to the pipe end. It would make for a more free flowing exhaust as well as add a bit of grunt to the sound.
