FYI- several years back, Scrappy's took it upon themselves to categorize scooter types and body styles as best they could. That "Flagship" body style is their naming, and may ir may not be used by other dealers. Body parts can be the hardest thing to track down, but asking in these forums will usually give you at least an idea of what/where to look!

Excellent! Thank you for that clarification, JerryScript. I was wondering why I couldn't find anything under "Flagship, 150cc" in a search I, most likely will be asking for validation or second thoughts here a lot , at least for a while. Until things start clicking. I'm trying to lean on searches and doing a reasonable amount of searching on my own before calling someone to task but, it sure is reassuring to have you all here and willing . Its looking like I will be calling Scrappy's tomorrow and will probably at least put in an order for this seat, Seat , and a 12V , 7-9ah /120 CCA/ SLA /AGM battery, no larger than 7W x 4H x 4D . The lid for the battery compartment is not present with the scooter so, I have measured to assume that the lid sits flush atop the compartment, so that I don't impede the chance of finding or constructing one to use there later. Thanks, again!

It's too bad when the importers of the dozen or so body styles that they don't number the style instead of each importer naming the same exact body some thing different. The "handsome boy" 50cc style must have 30 or 40 different names for it alone.
It would be too easy for them to just add to their own dreamed up name a number 3 for one style and a number 4 for the retro style and so on that all importers could use for same style body. Roketa did have the mc numbers that some others used. (Such as mc54 or mc79)

I just thought I'd update a bit... Ive now got a new 8ah 120 CCA battery in there, repaired some wiring, hooked up the rectifier, checked voltage at the far side of the fuse (Is good. Still don't have my blade style holder yet but, probably tomorrow), found Alleyoops post about the fuel gauge fixes (Stuck a wire in the tank and moved the float up and down, fuel gauge is good so, I need to either run out or let out some fuel and pull the sending unit to have a look if it's contacts are worn or just stuck )and I replaced the spark plug with a new "CR7HSA". Next, I'll adjust the valves and the idle, change the gear and engine oil (In the Southern Cali. coastal area it seems that, 10-40w will be okay?). I fired it up today, and it SOUNDS like the valves need adjusting, yup! A few bulbs need replacing but, all the switches are working for now, they are a bit brittle from the sun. I also have to register it this week so, I haven't taken it in to get air into the tire. I may do the "Ratchet strap" trick to compress the bead against the rim to get some air into it for now. I want to thank you all again for all your help and warm welcomes!

Stuffs are a-startin' to come together on this project again so I thought I'd post at my introductory thread as I progress in putting this girl back together I had my cat, Sofia push it into my dining area (Sciatica, don't ya know.... ) and set it up so that when I change out/bleed the brake lines, I can catch any mess. In the beginning.... EWWWWW!!! This mess was the hardest part so far.... And tonight, yay! Gratifying!
