ON THE SOLENOID: 1. The RED THICK WIRE FROM THE POSITVE(+) ON THE BATTERY GOES ON ONE OF THE TERMINALS ON THE SOLENOID. 2. The WIRE FROM THE STARTER goes on the OTHER TERMINAL of the SOLENOID. That is all the SOLENOID SHOULD HAVE. 3 The NEG POST ON THE BATTERY SHOULD HAVE A WIRE GOING TO THE FRAME FOR GROUND. CLICK ON THE PICTURES SO YOU CAN READ WHAT I WROTE.

Feel really dumb now that I realized this but the green wire is actually the ground for the bike. But I found the new solinoid is shot and once I replace that I think it will work.

That is why when after a few posts of asking and getting some answers Pictures and or Videos of the scoot and area help a lot.
Well make sure you have the wiring right and hooked up correctly EVEN if the SOLENOID is shot. If HOOKED up right is should STILL SPIN YOUR STARTER WHEN YOU TOUCH BOTH TERMINALS ON THE SOLENOID. That at least will tell you if you have it wired correctly. Alleyoop
