Funny thing... I have the different version of the same scooter, and am having the same issue. I replaced the plug, the CDI, the battery, the fuse, and I have electric going through the system as all lights and signals work. There was water in the stator... does that HAVE to be changed in order to get it started? I am about to order some parts from ebay to replace some stuff, like the carb rebuild kit, but I don't want to bury myself financially with it. I am about to check the spark plug now for spark against the block. How hard are these things to tune?

Note... I did drain the water out of the stator and cleaned it up before playing with it. I just want to get it started so I know it is not a far bigger problem than I am hoping.

Which model do you have also check if yours has a CDI. IF so you need to check usually the RED/BLACK wire coming from the STATOR that powers the CDI. If KICKING it over it registers 30VAC or more then the stator should be fine. The are very easy to tune once you get the motor running there is really nothing to them. They have a very simple carb and a free flow fuel system straight from the tank to the off/on shut off valve to the carb. Alleyoop
