One last check before I put the rear wheel back on... Anti sieze is a good idea on the axle itself AND the splines?

I like nickel neverseize for axles on all my bikes. For High horsepower bikes I only use Honda Moly Paste on splines, but for this I'd think moly grease would be good enough. New to scooters, but have owned and wrenched motorcycles since 1970.
The most important thing is to never let it get dry. The more often you service it, the cheaper the lube you can use.

I've used moly grease on all of my motorcycles. No scooter, yet.
