We had some thing similar in the mid 60's called plasticpair or some thing like that. Powder similar to baking soda and a stinky liquid you droped into the powder. It got hard a bit quicker than this stuff. (But not as quick as superglue/baking soda)
Superglue and baking soda sets up almost instantly for a rock hard compound in case you didn't know it. Put a cracked part back together, dribble superglue over it then dump baking soda on it and it instantly sets up hard excess powder can be brushed off.

That's awesome, I was just reading earlier about plastic welding, using a soldering gun, and zip ties as fill. i might have to try that superglue/baking powder thing.
