starter noise

my starter cranks real slow and makes a sqwealing noise. when I try to use foot crank, same noise. battery is good. is starter or clutch bad?

Squealing noise CHECK you belt in the cvt usually that type of noise it the belt slipping so something may be binding clutch and or varitor.
