Well without the exhaust system on they are impossible to start 2ts need back pressure not so much with 4ts.

Hi, yeah I'm not going to try and start it this time without the pipe but I have actually been able to start it previously with no header pipe on so it must be special  |

  It had seized. I got around to pulling it apart today and there it is. I suspect while on full throttle when the fuel supply ran out suddenly (with no vacuum) it nipped up. Now I need to decide which cylinder kit to go with; 50cc or 70cc now that I have it apart. I will start a new thread. |

dmn. thats bout as bad as it gets.
It also did Not happen instantly it it was in progress.
