hey guys, been awhile since I was on here. the yellow scoot is still around but needs some carb work done and the registration renewed come the end of april. I gotta get it done so I can ride but in the meantime heres a video I took with the Gopro on a ride with the minibikes Near Grayling, in northern Michigan. its kinda long but figured some here may like it. anyway here it is, make sure to watch it in 1080p if you can. may have to actually go to the youtube page to change it to watch in HD

That brings back some memories of my youth in northern Wisconsin. We used to take old cars, take off the body and shorten the frame. Our own version of the ATVs.

I had a 56 chev shortened with a 12" drive shaft I welded up. Cut the ends off the shaft and put a sleeve inside, drilled some holes in the ends so I could weld the 3 pieces together. Cut a old front spring in half to add to the rears so that the drive shaft would not kink. amazing no one got killed jumping with it.
