Lot's of good info everyone thank you so much. another question though lol when i drop the 100 bbk in and the A9 would it help to put in a stroker as well? or would that be too much? not sure how far I can push the case. also there is a 110cc kit on SPE that says it bolts to the cy 50 case without modification. but I've been told by many others that the 100 is the biggest without having to bore the case any input? would hate to purchase and have to exchange it for the 100 anyway. Thanks again

Is the 110cc a 52mm bbk? If so it does not need to be bored the 100cc that they sell is really a 80cc they love to round the numbers up.

Ok so far i did the cdi coil plug 50mm bbk and 42mm breather next is the jets exhaust and breaks then the variator and clutch and finally the gears and sliders oh yeah I also put the A9 cam shaft and new rockers and adjusted to.004" runs good but revs high rpm tops out at 50 but rarely gets there usually right around 46-48 wot was wondering what sizes to go as far as jets was thinking 80's for main and 30's for the other but not really sure. Any help would be apprreciated.

Do not run it at WOT without up jetting the main jet in the carb you will need something in the 80s maybe a 85 88 etc. The Pilot jet if you have the 18mm carb are usually 30 you can go 32-33.
The A9 cam is for high revs, so with high revs you can probably put in heavier weights and at the same time lower your rpms and not loose top end. Is the 46-48-50 REAL MPH or is that what the speedo registers, reason I ask is the speedos are off by at the very least 10% most or closer to 20% off on the high side. But if it really is stepping out to near 50mph that is FANTASTIC for a modded 50cc many can only get them to around 42-45mph. Alleyoop

Thanks alleyoop I'll probly go with the 88 and 33 it was wanting to stall out in idle today.and it has been hard starting maybe a better starter is needed to push it over now, but i'll see if the new jets fix it first and yeah thats actual speed here in tampa on Gun Hwy little bugger gets it. But I only weigh 130 so it doesn't have work to hard

Don't forget to adjust your carbs Fuel Ratio Mixture, that is why it is hard to start. To have the motor fire on the 1st or 2nd push of the start button the carbs Fuel Ratio Mixture has to be really good, otherwise you will need to crank if over many times and sometimes open the throttle some. Awesome info once again my friend. You rock, idle was set way to high and mixture was way to lean now it's purring purdy. I'll keep you updated as i get the parts but it will be slow going on disability a little here and a little there. Thanks again your help is allowing me to get out of my prison a little more. you and all your help are very appreciated.

FANTASTIC!! Good to hear a little tweaking on the carb fixed your problem, glad I was able to help. Usually the most common problems people run into with their scoots is fuel delivery and valves to tight, but both are easy to fix and 99.9% of the time doesn't cost anything but a little of the owners time. So I was wondering could I switch the engine hanger mount and drop in a 150cc or is that a complete different frame? They look the same to me except for the hanger.

That would be an expensive swap, they have the swap hanger but your wallet will be $500.00 bucks less LOL. For that price your better off just getting a 150 and be done with it. You will have a bigger scooter that can do at least 50mph stock without any modding. Alleyoop
