My Buddy 170i right mirror vibrates a lot when idling which makes it hard to see cars approaching behind me. How can I reduce the vibration?

That is a sign the carb needs a little tweak and you need to find where it idles the smoothest. So you may need to up or lower the idle to find where it idles the smoothest. But usually you need to adjust the carbs fuel ratio mixture it is a little off and not running the best.

It is fuel injected. Do I need to adjust valves?

If it is hard to start then I would adjust the valves, try adjusting the idle AFTER it warms up.

It is not hard to start at all.

Good then valves do not need to be adjusted. So adjust the idle is your only hope

Sometimes bar end weights make a big difference in vibrations on the handlebars.
