I have a 250cc water cooled express i have no idea.. horizontal engine!! yamaha clone i am told, is that right?  my problem is it jumped time bent the intake valve. and broke a valve guild in the head
Are these 250 cc heads interchangeable?  (GOING ONCE--GOING TWICE

i have ordered two different cams and valves both are to small ..they look like bicycle cam motors. mine looks more like a car cam.  HELP. i can notfind a replacement head any where like this one, my question is  WILL ANOTHER TYPE 250CC HEAD FIT MY JUG.OR CAN I CHANGE THE JUG AND HEAD to like a 250cc rebuild kit?
IF YOU CANT FIX IT WITH A HAMMER IT MUST BE ELECTRICAL

Before any one can help they need to know which 250cc engine you have. There are 2, a yamaha horizontal cloned engine and a honda vertical engine. If you get reading here you will find diagrams and places to buy parts as well as tutorials on how to work on these engines. Clear pictures help too.
