Greetings, all. First post.

Did a search but came up with nothing so I'm asking. Forgive me if its been asked and answered.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jonway Victoria. It will be ridden on private property exclusively.

Can anyone tell me how to "correct" the governor that limits it at 28 mph? I think it's certainly capable of going faster than 28 even if it's only 50 cc. I'd like it to do 35-40.

Something on this scooter actually cuts back engine power over 28. How do they accomplish that, and how do I correct it?

There's a couple ways that it's done one is a spacer/ shim easier between the variator halves to keep it going into higher drive ratio,, and I've heard ( seen pics also) of a nylon plastic stop inserted into the throttle housing limiting the twist grips rotation
