im hoping someone can help, i hope. My jonway yy250t scooter with the engine that sits upright.
I blew a cvt belt and when I ordered the 900 series drive belt for it . it was way tight. I found the variator was not functioning properly so ordered that as well. I replaced the clutch. The belt seems tight. do you know what belt that i should have. everything i have found that does not refrence the 900 belt says its the 800 belt. I do not know what to do and it has me so frustrated at this point.

keithpetrella Wow, I answered ya last night but somehow, my post isn't showing up. I reversed my browser and was able to copy/edit/paste it: "Sorry keithpetrella , I've been away for a bit. I'll see if I can help. I only have general familiarity with scooters since acquiring this one about 8-9 mos ago but have gained a little familiarity with where to look. Post the engine family number, its probably on a plate near your fan shroud or mounted near the battery compartment. Also, are you aware that the belt would be tight until you are able to compress the front bell of the clutch assembly? I ask only because I'm not sure how well you may know your way around the scoot. I'm finding that there are several variations of the YY250T so, post pics of any I.D. plates you find , making sure as you post them to opt in the dropdown options to allow enlargement of the photos "
