Gas in Oil

I have a Roketa MC-70-150. The last time I changed the oil it appeared to have gas mixed in. The scooter had been blown over in a wind storm and laid on its side for only about a minute, but I thought that maybe the float had stuck and allowed gas to flow into the crankcase. I changed the oil and have taken a couple of trips totaling about 100 miles. The scooter is running perfectly, but When I returned from the second ride, I noticed that the oil level is rising. Any thoughts on how I should proceed?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Two things to check,,, see if the vacuum fuel tap is shutting off or weeping ( leaking) and the carb float may be bad and is sinking not shutting off flower the float valve is bad or got out of place somehow and isn't working
