As mentioned in another thread, this blue touch-up paint while maybe not a perfect match is pretty good for my Blue plastics. Maybe it is a perfect match.  Anyway, I've tried it and will toss in a couple of pictures before and after on some small scratches. I certainly don't have a critical eye and am not real picky.

So, with that said - here you go.

Shame the paint isn't available or the same as a manufacturer that is available. Most of the Chinese stuff comes only in a few colors so duplicating should not be such a hassle.
