Solenoid or starter. Jump the 2 fat terminals on the solenoid and see if the starter rolls the engine over. The positive from battery is one of those terminals and the other is the starter.

Since it turned over try it with the ignition on. It should turn over just as fast as it ever did. If you jumped across those terminals with ign off that would be why it failed to start.

Does it have a spark?
Take out the spark plug, ..... hold the big metal end against the side or top of the engine and try starting. You should see a spark .

Where is the spark plug located exactly? A picture would be appreciated if possible.
Here is a video of me trying to start it.
Its look like the battery is going dead but i had it on the charger for a couple of hours.

Now the issue is not where the sparkplug is but how I remove it
I have a hole in the side with spark plug so i can reach it but i am not sure how to go about getting it out the socket i have want fully cover it.

Get into our library find the manual or Or a generic one one for one for your scooter. Pick up a NKG spark plug, if you don't need it right now you will soon and the proper spark plug socket. I can't give you the exact plug number but it will be in the manual. Some one here may be able to help on the numbers too.
With out proper tools you might might be better off to take it to a shop.

It is not turning over fast enough for one thing. I just reviewed the video that did not play for me the other day. You either have a bad battery, your charger is bad, or the wiring from the battery is high resistance. I doubt if it is going to start no matter how good the spark is. What is the voltage before cranking and while cranking? Do you have a good ground from the - terminal of battery to frame and the engine? From the speed it is cranking you do not have 12 volts at the starter.

Well I took it to over it over to mechanic and he told me that my stator may have been installed wrong and that could be the reason it want fire and the battery want hold a charge, so i am having him check it out as i type this out.
