just now today when i was changing the oil it was working fine on its main stand but when i ride it or sit on it. It starts too act up losing power and then cuts off but when i get off it and try too start it up it runs fine without me sitting on it i put it back on its main stand again runs fine .. I can understand if its some wires i must be sitting on or something but i am worried any tips or clues you could give me ? its a GYc6 150cc moped

When was the last time you adjusted the valve clearance?

Check your fuel right 91 or higher? fuel filter clog ? small leak in vacuum lines do you have a vacuum shut off is it working.

I would also think this would likely be an electrical problem. As with my small motorcycles these scooters charging system and Chinese connections these scooters are more prone to small issues. And it did happen rather suddenly.
