my pulse lightspeed exhaust downpipe snapped on me this afternoon but on inspection the studs connecting to manifold are rusted quite alot and seized. is there anything i could use to help loosen then without the risk of them snapping cheers

Other than a good penetrating lubricant... you might have to drill them out. Good Luck

Cookies is on it,, lots of quality penetrating oil,,,, no impact and if the stud comes out of the head don't panic,,, just get new studs and nuts
