Hi all.
My scooter has begun vibration while acceleration. I changed a new variator belt and this didn't help. Variator rollers were in very good condition. Next I checked engine mount bumper and there was a nut little loose. I tightened it and helped little but did not solve that problem. I took off CVT cover and started engine and revvinged. While rpm rised to 4500 vibration/resonance started and I saw that clutch bell was shaking and clutch pulled out form gearbox about 1mm. Damn. I removed gearbox cover and checked bearings. Transmission input shaft bearings were worned. Tomorrow I'll buy new bearings and repair gearbox. I dont know why bearings were worned because I have serviced scooter regulary. Every 1000km.
This vibration caused also rear suspension spring shaking. Like "rumrumrumrumruuumruuuuum".
Wait and see until I have repaired gearbox does this service solved that vibration problem. Im sure about this.

Hi. I changed all bearings to gear box and all resonance is gone. Scooter manufacturer had installed needle bearing to wrong position. In scooter transmission there is oil channel for needle bearing lubrication and needle bearings lubrication hole was wrong align for that channel. This cause insufficient lubrication and damage for needle bearing. Also input shaft was slightly worn. I applied Loctite Retaining Compound for this shaft and let it dry over night. Now variator belt run very smooth without vibration. -arskal-
