I've had my scooter for over a year now. I took it to a repair shop in Pace Florida and got charged about $600 and still didn't get my bike fixed. The shop owner told me he really didn't know what was wrong with it but not to call him if it breaks down. I'm a full-time student. I really can't afford to keep spending money and having no transportation. I'm just now able to get it into the shop and they are req9uesting owner's manual or a service manual to do the wiring. I need these manuals before they decide not to work on my scooter and I've already paid and $85 deposit. Can anyone help me with finding these manuals.

List the engine model when asking for help, there are 2 completely different ones. vertical and horizontal and engine number is by kickstand.
In our library are generic wiring diagrams. If you are not willing to work on your chinese scooter you have the wrong machine, you need a jap scooter. Chinese scooters are not the same as a jap scooter costing 3 to 4 times as much but can be very reliable if you religiously maintain them. They do well in the third world countries and can do the same here if you do your part.

I hate to say this but why did you pay for it if not fixed? If you paid for it by credit card you could despite maybe get you money back or bike fixed. Now that said I have a 150 no problems with mine I can say build superb conduction to what many say the only thing is getting parts now that's a house of a different color. Do you have a motor issue or a stabilization problem or something else?

Look these are really not hard to check out does it crank over? if so check spark pull plug ground plug after you insert back into spark wire ground plug do you see spark if so add fuel to carb try to start if starts a fuel problem. If no spark check coil wire make sure wire is screw into boots at both ends.
