These are all over Paris.  They cover the seat and floor when parked.  When riding, the rider wears it like an apron to keep the feet and torso warm and dry. I have never seen them in the States. I wonder what what they are called and where can you get them?

I've seen those riding aprons before,, mostlypics from England where it rains all the time,,, lap aprons or scooter aprons are what they are called,,, let me check ebay

Scooter skirt, lap cover, lap apron.

Most of us accessories companies have tried to sell these stateside at one point or another, but none of us can ever really get them to sell well enough to keep offering them. The are super popular all over Europe though, and they work great.
