I Need to take out my Alarm on my Roketa MC54B 250CC A lot of people told me that may be the cause of my problems
even after replacing the stator, cdi box , spark plug , ignition coil, and regulators on the bike and it still want get a spark.
I just need to know where on the bike is it located so i can get rid of it.
- Any help is appreciated

Under the front cowl if I remember right. What you do need to do is get a meter so that you can find the problem in your scooter and repair it. Usually there is a fuse on the bogus burglar alarm and removing it has been a solution for many. On some of them if you just pull the alarm out and doing nothing else will cause a no run situation, wires on some need to be jumped. That is what an electrical diagram will show you.
There are many generic electrical diagrams and other things in our library you should get familiar with. Rather than to blame a part it is much better to trouble shoot and know for sure what and where the problem is.
there are many simple fixes and solutions to a problem like yours that amount to bad connections, and bad switches and notice I said switches in plural!

I believe you have a fuse on your alarm why not just remove it and it will be like removing it later when you find you got bad information you can replace fuse and you will be back to normal. If you don't have a fuse which I can't see that just cut the hot wire tape it later you can splice it together with a fuse.
