I just got mine off, it took a 3 claw puller with slabs of wood to protect the outer variator pulley half. A two jaw puller was not enough, took the 3 claw puller.

Hi. I installed 6x20g 24X18 size rollers to my Jonway 250 (Honda clone engine). Also I made some mods. There is two places where exhaust is restriced. One is exhaust pipe (bolted to engine), inside welded ring. I file away this ring so pipe size enlarged 23mm-27mm (If I remembered correct size). Second place is muffler inlet pipe where you can see stop ring for muffler gasket. See this topic second image, I enlarged that hole to 27mm also. Carburetor original size main jet was #102 and I change it to #110. (Original size in Honda Helix). Finally I added 3 pcs Uni filter air box vent for better engine breath. . This mod and bigger roller size made huge difference to my Jonway. Fuel consumtion enlarged little. 3,3ltr/100km -> 3,8ltr/100km -arska-
