Maybe it's cause I am old but I sure like the lines of those oldies. It's just a shame that our country couldn't produce some decent bikes to compete with the Japs 30 or 40 years ago. Harley has be it and it seems forever and those bikes never appealed to me, and many others. I guess with no tattoos or leather vest with "colors" I was never qualified to ride one.

I had to buy a 1983 Kawasaki and. 1991 Honda Nighthawk to get a normal looking bike. Even these new "Standards" are ugly beasts to me.

I like the look and lines of the standards we grew up on as well,,,that's why I wanted the genuine g400c badly,,,just a plain oldie standard motorcycle ,,,injected which is nice,,,
