Help please...i have a 13 TaoTao Lancer 150cc. I have no spark..it turns over fine. The stator(6 coil) is new..less than 1000mi..have a multi meter that i dont know how to use..too many options. Have read and understand how to test ohm and ac..but my multi meter has ACV 500/200..ohm has 20m, 200k, 20k, 200, 200. Can someone tell me whoch i should for both ACV and Ohm?

Yes post a pic!! But why does it even have a new stator? Who change the old one? Why I ask is did u check the gap from flywheel and pickup coil,did u take flywheel off? Sometimes stator gets dirty, rusty and flywheel magnets get rusty and pickup coil.Sand paper works great take apart put together check gap with business card clean ground then test for AC power
