I'm futzing around with the xingyue ita 150 again and I was able to get it to kick over with starting fluid.
Then it blew a fuse.
Next to the ground battery connect there is a bare green wire I assume gets grounded to the frame, is that a correct assumption?

I think it wasn't grounded because I tried it again this time insuring a proper ground and I haven't poped a fuse since. I'm getting no suction between the petcock and the carb so I have to look at that next. Since my head doesn't have PAIR I blocked off a nipple at the petcock and one on the intake. But I'm not 100% I did it right

Could be a bad petcock,, or the manifold nipple could be plugged as well
