hi guys my name is Trev and I'm having some trouble with my scooter. I have replaced the stator ht coil and cdi and yet still no spark. I have bypassed the side stand kill switch by connecting the two wires at the connector plug ie green and black and white. i have a reading of 76volts coming from the red and black wire from the stator but no voltage coming from the pickup coil or the ht coil. any suggest on how to sort this out would be greatly appreciated.

May be a bad pickup coil,,,,also you may want to check the engine to frame ground strap

Check all the grounds related to the ignition,,, also see if there's power coming out of the key switch,,, been a bunch of those failing lately,, and double check the kill switch
