I need help with my GY6 scooter don't know if it's electronic or or carburetor

I just put a new carburetor on my GY6 scooter because I thought the other one was bad well I seem to be doing the same thing the old one did well I'm going down the road about 15-20 miles an hour the thing runs perfect to school this can be but as soon as I go to open it up it bogs if I for black smoke will come out the exhaust and like it's breaking down I was wondering if it could be the CDI box

Black smoke is a rich or to much gas issue.

Have you checked the air filter.

I put a new intake manifold on it I put a new carburetor on it I put a new air filter on it I checked the vacuum on the fuel pump to make sure it was pumping fuel that checked out okay like if I run at quarter throttle it runs so beautiful and smooth as soon as I give it to about half throttle it will by bog on me and when I have it on the center stand and I floor it it like skips and bogs and blows black smoke out the exhaust I wonder if it could be the CDI box maybe

I think it would not hurt if you checked your valve gaps.

Sounds like a carb issue to me,,, also I would check the air filter to make sure it's not plugged up dirty

Sorry filter is new,,, how old is the fuel??
