So- I have a 2016 Taotao Quantum 150cc- I want to be proactive, replace the belt- I believe I should use a Kevlar belt- but- What size, who should I get a belt from?

You might just pull the cvt cover, and see what is stamped on the original belt. That way you'll be sure you're ordering the right size....not what someone else believes to be the right size. Gates Premium, or Bando.....search and pick a vender.
