I have a vip champion that had its motor replaced by a gy6 50cc. When it broke down, i purchased a new carburetor and installed it. It cranked up, though gave me a hard time, but however had no power at all. I checked spark, and it was good.... Purchased a new spark plug recently. I noticed a drop in compression (i have no pressure gauge, but finger over the spark plug hole), so i bought a new 80cc bb kit and installed it. Now i cant keep air from escaping when putting my finger over the spark plug hole. I have the timing set to TDC on cam and rotator. When disconnecting the fuel line from the carburetor, while turning the engine over. A steady flow of fuel travels from tank to petcock to fuel filter and crom carb inlet hose. Note... Spark is blue, gas in the carb wont crank for a second...(though a brand new carburetor).... Compression is outstanding...... HELP PLEASE!!!!!! Im lost

FIRST OF ALL YOU CAN'T TEST COMPRESSION WITH YOU FINGER YOU NEED A GAUGE. Did you pull the valve cover off and check you valve lash? When you put carb on did you put on all the vacuum lines and in right places? Did you adjust fuel air adjustment?
