I retired early about 2 years ago and have become addicted to scooters! I currently have 6 in my garage! One was bought new but all the others were bought in various stages of used condition. I have learned so much from the posts on this board and of course from YouTube and trial and error.

Welcome to the club. I lost control a few years ago too. Three scooters and five motorcycles are in my collection.
I'm sure there is a support group out there for us. LOL

Been there in the past, retired in '06. I did work for a small local repair shop so had access to many, owned two nice machines and bought six. But then medical issue changed that and now I'm trying to start over. Hoping it does come soon.

You are not alone.
I too, belong to this club. While I don't have as many as some.....I have way more than I need. All four are licensed, insured, inspected, road worthy, and paid for. I still enjoy the tinkering, adjusting, regular maintenance, and such.....gives a retired guy something to do besides argue with the wife. Since I don't drink, gamble, or carouse with wild women, and I realize 'you can't take it with you'......it doesn't hurt to have a few bucks in bikes.
Life is short, enjoy it.
