Scooter was starving for gas, I installed new carb, all new hoses, new filter, cleaned or tank new gas, starts good but when give it gas its starving,I did notice the fuel float was really coroded

I cleaned float, WOULD THE ELECTRIC FROM FLOAT NOT TELL CARB WHAT TO DO

If it’s starving for gas it could be a number of things.
1. Not jetted right or main jet &/or pilot jet is plugged 2. Float is not set correctly or float is cracked 3. Float valve is sticking 4. Air/fuel mixture setting isn’t correct 5. Intake/exhaust valves aren’t set correctly 6. Bad petcock/fuel pump
These are just off the top of my head, someone else might have a more precise answer or idea of what to look for.
Theirs a number of posts on just about all of these issues in the library section.
