A little old lady bought the Tank in 07
The truck dropped it off, she sat on her new scoot & promptly tipped over...
Granny put the bike beside the garage, covered it with a tarp & forgot it until a couple of weeks ago.
The odometer shows 1 mile
Looks like a Lance 250 touring, Roketa MC68A-250
Tank seems to be gone
I'm looking for information like an ID on the motor [honda or yamaha clone]?
I see mention of sloppy assembly, wire chafing
1st off with the tupperware, new tires, battery & fluids

yup always gotta make sure to check the paperwork, it is not a trivial matter here in cali, with CARB & all  The paper work is perfect, got non-opted nearly immediately in 09... I stripped all the tuperware off today, wasp nests & cat piss. a few cracks, busted tabs Variator looks fine, good compression, the gas tank is dry, I don't think there was ever gas in it the front tire holds air, the back tire had the stem mounted facing the disc, I ended up ripping it off trying to blow up the tire the stock battery is a a GTX9-bs, since there's room I'm replacing with a GTX14-bs & adding a connector for a maintainer so far the only sticky bit is how to delete the alarm |

The alarm is just an interrupter for the power determine which one is the "hot"going in and the leads that go to necessary equipment ,,,splice them together and cut that POS out and toss it as far as you can

Thanks cyborg the stereo is leaving too, maybe convert the speaker holes to glovebox, which is lacking some of the similar models from different brands, have storage built in to this panel, careful research |
