I have a 2005 Stella 150 that stopped starting. I have small spark, a little ether in the carb resulted in nothing....no pop! disconnected shut off switch circuit wire, replaced spark plug...to no avail. what is my next step towards a solution...also, where to go on line for parts thanks, jpodkam

Check the 12 volt power wire at the coil, had a similar issue and the wire inside the crimp connector was frayed.

Thanks ! I am fairly confident that is his problem and very confident that the fella when he sits on it it dies has the same problem. I have worked on several Stellas and this is for sure a problem with these bikes. Easy fix. I just get a chunk of new wire coil it around a round shaft screwdriver solder it to the existing wire extending it a inch or two and problem solved with zero comebacks.

No start weak spark? so you probably sheared the flywheel key any spark at all but it comes at the wrong time because the flywheel is out of position because the key is sheared.
