I have a Amigo SS150, it starts just fine I ride for a bit it dies, if I try to start it with the starter, it turns over but won’t start, unless it sits for a bit 2-10 minutes, but if I kick start it it will start right away🤷🏻♂️ I replaced the fuel filter, I only run priemum gas can anyone recommend anything, also checked air filter it looks new and checked spark plug it looks good. I’m puzzled

when that happens, pull off the gas cap right away. if you hear suction, then it starts immediately, you are developing a fuel vacuum that is preventing enough fuel from getting to the carb. this may also be an overheating issue with the passage of time allowing the engine to cool off. those ideas are off the top of my head.

Have you checked the valve clearances? Generally scooters have their valve clearances tighten up causing a lack of compression when hot. Usually it's .004 inch for the intake and .005 for the exhaust and as a rule it's the exhaust valve that tightens up worst.
