I have a scooter that runs great for about 25 minutes and then it acts like it is not getting gas and shuts down. We have put on a new carborator but it still does the same thing? any help would be appreciated.

when that happens, pull off the gas cap right away. if you hear suction, then it starts immediately, you are developing a fuel vacuum that is preventing enough fuel from getting to the carb.
obviously check the fuel delivery at the carb inlet. I used to have to siphon all the gas (and debris) and strain it and put it back in about every six months when I had old japanese mopeds. they don't always give you clean gas at the gas station.
