as soon as the engine stops, check for spark. you may need someone to hold the bike. you may have a switch connected to the stand, if I am understanding you correctly.

I definitely recommend having spare ignition parts. with my bike, it's quicker to swap a part (I would recommend you to swap the coil NOW if you have one, I suspect the spark plug cap inners are moving around, or you're losing contact along the way, also, those on the back of the coil come loose), than it is to actually diagnose with a tester. also, check the plug while you're at it, although this doesn't sound like a plug failure. certain wires from the stator, cdi, and coil are suspect. I also suspect a ridiculous hot wire somewhere in the bike is suddenly grounding out due to movement. if you still have all of the faring on the bike, you may need to remove it to fix this.

check the spark when it's on the stand and test it when it's off the stand you want to be sure if it's a spark issue

Check the wiring. When you say "off the stand" do you mean side stand or center stand. If it's the center stand a wire may be dislocated when it hits the ground. Or it has a bare spot that grounds out or the ground wire from the engine to the frame is pulling off the ground bolt.
