Ok guys/gals. I just got my Variator apart. HOLY Crap. I though I read that you were NOT supose to put grease in that thing? I spent almost an hour cleaning all the grease out of that thing. It was Loaded with Grease what the HECK? So can someone fill me in on this?
My take was grease light coat on the slide bushing correct?
Ok Now I thought all 250s had 8 roller weights? This obviously is not true since Mine only has 6.
Tomorrow I will be weighing the weights I have then I will be ordering up some sliders to put in.

The 244cc Honda clone uses six 23x18mm weights. My scoot had 24 gram weights and the variator was loaded with grease which I mostly removed at the PDI.
