Talk about tired! He even knew he got it wrong as soon as it was out of his mouth. Don't be so sure. I've compared notes with my friends and we laugh about the things we've had to explain to our kids. They can work the radio in the car like technicians but can't figure out to make the defrosters work by sliding bars or turning knobs. |

Hey - he's a college kid and at least he talks. Not like about 3/4 of my students.

Hey - he's a college kid and at least he talks. Not like about 3/4 of my students. You want to know what that's about? I went to college recently and most of the "children" figure if they say nothing professors will lose interest, finish quickly and let them go early. As the old man in the class I always spoke up and annoyed the kids by getting the prof going. At the end of my Geology 101 class the PhD. called on me almost exclusively because I was the only one who ever answered questions. |

Proffessor, because you have to deal with this daily, and KZ cause you posted exactly, as in word for word, what I was thinking. Keeping quite is no way of learning unless it's when when your listening to to those who know. |
