OK, so I upgraded my lights with the H-4 Bi-Xenon HID bulbs conversion system. For a while all worked just fine, the LO and HI worked like supposed to. Recently though, the “HI” beams do not engage (there is no audible “click” any more) even when I use the main switch or the quick HI-flash button. I am thinking there is a problem with the relay, that is a part of the wiring harness that came with. How do I isolate the source of the problem? Anything electrical in not my forte and, I could use some help in this matter. Thanks…..

Sorry to hear about your electrical problems, they can ba a real PITA, and I don't mean bread! I'm going to move your inquiry over to the 250 clinic where some guys that are familiar with your scoot can eyeball it and discuss it with you. Good luck, Rich

How did you establish the connections from the scoot to the HID controller? A common way is with TAP connectors which can be intermittent especially in an environment with lots of vibrations (scoots) and when used with smaller guage wire (scoots).

Thx Cruiser, This HID system is so called "plug and play", it was rather easy to install. The vibrations make sense. Need to look into it.
